Where does Cultured Apparel ship?
We ship across the UAE (all seven emirates), the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar), Europe (UK, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and more), and worldwide via DHL Express. Live rates are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
UAE standard: 2 to 4 business days. Dubai express: next business day. GCC: 3 to 7 business days. Europe and UK: 5 to 10 business days. Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days.
Are your products in stock?
Yes. The full Summer Archive drop is in stock now and ships from our Dubai warehouse. If an item runs out, we mark it Sold Out on the product page.
What is your return policy?
14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging. You cover return shipping unless the return is our error. Refunds land in 5 to 10 business days after we receive the piece. See the full Returns policy.
How do I know my size?
On Pants, tap the "Size guide" link at checkout: it shows recommended height and weight per size (S through XL) with a Relaxed fit. For tees and hoodies, most pieces run oversized. Size down for a cleaner fit, size up for a more oversized look.
What is the fit like?
Most Cultured tees are boxy or oversized (240 GSM heavyweight cotton). Hoodies are 400 GSM brushed-back fleece with an oversized cut. If you want a true-to-size fit, size down.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free UAE standard shipping on orders over AED 200. International orders pay live shipping rates shown at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Shopify Payments), Ziina, and Cash on Delivery (UAE only, with a small COD handling fee).
Who pays customs duties for international orders?
For orders shipped outside the UAE, the customer is the importer of record and pays any customs duties, VAT, or handling fees at delivery. UAE orders include 5% VAT in the listed price.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Cultured Apparel is an online-only Dubai streetwear brand. We do occasional pop-up events, announced on our Instagram at @cultured_apparel.
